Bahan-bahan:

  • 300 gr. mentega
  • 300 gr. tepung terigu
  • 8 kuning telur
  • 100 gr. coklat masak (zartbitter/yang dark),lelehkan
  • 300 gr. gula pasir
  • 2 sdm. bubuk coklat
  • 50 gr. roti kering yang sudah ditumbuk.
  • 8 putih telur

Untuk isi dan hiasan:

  • 150 gr. selai aprikot
  • 200 gr. coklat masak (dark/zartbitter)
  • 50 gr. marzipan
  • 50 gr. gula bubuk
